John Reynolds, Founder / Executive Director
John Reynolds launched Veterans2Work in 2008 to help returning veterans find and keep good jobs. Prior to founding Veterans2Work,he launched or helped start more than two dozen companies, a few of which were eventually acquired by publicly traded companies. He also founded, built and managed Intervox Group, a customer contact center consulting and services company recognized as an industry innovator. There, he helped such companies as Cisco Systems, Intuit, Wells Fargo and more than 60 others improve their ability to acquire, keep and grow their customers. His corporate career encompasses sales, marketing and business development roles at Carnation Company, Progressive Insurance, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Sprint and CRM systems integrator eLoyalty.
Mr. Reynolds served as an infantryman with the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He serves as an adjunct professor of business ethics at the University of California (Davis). He holds a BA from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Jim Folk, Director, Veteran Programs
Responsible for the development of veteran career and mentoring programs, Jim is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in Contact Centers, Field Service Operations,Technical Support and Professional Services. He has successfully built and led world class customer care operations in several industries. Jim has extensive expertise in the development and delivery of customer care strategies and processes that enhance the customer experience.
Mr. Folk has served as an executive with Xerox Corporation, Aspect Telecommunications, Intecom among others. Additionally, he has over 10 years of consulting experience where he assisted his clients, such as AMEX, Dell, Herman Miller and Hyatt, develop and deliver programs and processes that improve the customer experience. Jim makes his home in the mountains of Northern Georgia where he enjoys all types of outdoor activities

Dennis Fukuyama, Director, Operations
Dennis Fukuyama has more than 30 years experience in the computer industry. His support experience spans field, global, and corporate support operations, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Veterans2Work, Mr. Fukuyama was a senior consultant at Service Strategies Corporation, VP of Technical Support and Services at HotJobs.Com, Director of Worldwide Technical Support at Legato Systems, Inc. and Sr. Director - Americas Support Operations for Oracle Corp. He has also held management positions at Tandem Computers Inc., Computer Logistics Inc., and Data General Corporation.
Mr. Fukuyama holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Business Management from North Central College, Illinois.

Saul Rosenberg, Ph.D., Director Vocational Rehabilitation
Dr. Rosenberg oversees the development and delivery of vocational and job effectiveness programs for veterans suffering from PTSD and TBI--the signature disabilities of today's returning veterans. He is Professor of Psychiatry, University of California (San Francisco) School of Medicine, where he trains medical students in behavioral medicine. He is an expert on approaches to managing PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury on the job and has testified before the U.S. Congress on the impact and prognosis of these afflictions.
In addition to his duties with Veterans2Work, Dr. Rosenberg is President, Mental Health Decision Support Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to improving access to psychological and neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis of mental disorders and promotion of mental, behavioral and psychological health for underserved, disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. Dr. Rosenberg is also CEO of Neuron Valley Networks, a research and development company developing and supplying mental health information technology products and services for the Military Health Service, Dept. of Veterans Affairs, public and private mental health organizations, federal and state agencies.

Darren Hicks, Partner, IT Staffing
Darren Hicks is a veteran of both the U.S. Navy and the IT staffing industry. Hicks Consulting Group, where he serves as CEO, was founded in 1979 by David Hicks and specializes in placing temporary contractors requiring critical skills, such as Information Technology professionals.
Following his graduation from college, Mr. Hicks joined the U.S. Navy, earning a spot with the elite U.S. Navy SEAL Team. With the SEALs, Mr. Hicks had a highly decorated career leading teams during combat operations, going on to serve as an instructor for basic SEAL training. He brings the same discipline, dedication and leadership to his current work that he brought to his work in the service. His enthusiasm for the business, his team, clients and consultants keeps him focused his goal of setting the standard for IT Staffing firms.
Mr. Hicks is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. During his free time, he enjoys motorcycling and numerous outdoor activities.

Robert Racioppi, Director Consulting Services
Bob Racioppi has 25 years in the customer care industry. He was trained and certified by IBM as a Contact Center Optimization consultant. Over his career Mr. Racioppi has developed a broad range of consulting skills. His primary areas of expertise are in customer contact optimization, business process re-engineering and benefits modeling. He has developed proprietary tools and methodologies which is used to analyze customer contact and to determine the most cost effective channel to handle the customer interaction. His clients have included companies such as Apple, Google, McDonalds, Dun&Bradstreet and The Nielsen Company. In 2002 he received Intuit’s Scott Cook Innovation Award for reducing contact center operating costs by effectively integrating business process redesign with leading edge technologies.
